1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the toomee.app site and of the TooMee app during its beta. Browsing the site or using the app means accepting them. They may change; the version in force is the one published on this page.

2. Scope

This site presents the TooMee app. It has no user accounts, no private area and no online service. Its only form lets you ask for beta access and be told when the app is released; leaving your address is free and carries no commitment, you may stop taking part in the beta at any time, and removal of your address can be requested in the same way.

The studio site, theunnamedcompany.com, has its own terms; these do not replace them.

3. The beta

TooMee is distributed as a beta through TestFlight, free of charge, with no advertising and no in-app purchase. A beta is software still being worked on: it may have defects, change without notice and be discontinued. Trial places are limited, and immediate access is not guaranteed.

The user's library lives on their device and in their own private iCloud database. Backing it up is theirs to do — the app offers a manual export in its settings. TheUnnamedCompany has no access to that library and therefore cannot restore it.

Analysis may call a remote engine that the user configures themselves. What they file then goes to the provider they chose, under that provider's own terms. With Apple Intelligence, the analysis stays on the device.

The user is responsible for what they file into TooMee and for the rights attached to it.

4. Access to the site

Access is free and open. Connection and equipment costs remain yours. TheUnnamedCompany may change, suspend or discontinue the site without notice and without compensation.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content on the site — text, visuals, layout, code and graphic identity — belongs to TheUnnamedCompany unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or display, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The platform trademarks and logos shown remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Prohibited uses

• Extracting, copying or reusing all or part of the site for commercial purposes without written agreement.
• Interfering with the running of the site, the app or their server, in particular through mass automated access.
• Using TooMee's identity, name or visuals in a way that creates confusion about their origin.

7. Availability and liability

The site and the app are provided as they are, with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. TheUnnamedCompany takes reasonable steps to keep them available and the data safe, without being able to guarantee that nothing will ever fail.

The information published is given for reference and is not a contractual offer.

8. External links

This site links to third-party sites, notably theunnamedcompany.com and LinkedIn. Their content is the sole responsibility of their respective publishers and TheUnnamedCompany exercises no control over them.

9. Personal data

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the courts with jurisdiction where the publisher is registered.
