Who publishes this site and this app.

Publisher

The toomee.app site and the TooMee app are published by TheUnnamedCompany, the sole trader business of Pascal Tourres, registered in France. The studio introduces itself at theunnamedcompany.com.

The operator's own name appears here because French law requires it of a sole trader (article 6 III of the LCEN). Everywhere else, the publisher goes by its trading name, TheUnnamedCompany.

Hosting

The pages of this site are hosted by OVH SAS — 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France — Lille Métropole trade register 424 761 419 00045 (ovhcloud.com).

The app's server — waiting list, usage measurement, sponsorship — is hosted by Fly.io, Inc., Paris region (France).

All content on this site — text, layout, code, visuals and graphic identity — belongs to TheUnnamedCompany unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or display, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The platform names and logos shown or mentioned — Apple, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, YouTube and the others — belong to their respective owners. They are shown to say where you share into TooMee from, and imply neither partnership nor endorsement.
